About this Home Modern and sleek, this super-clean and newly renovated Manhattan apartment is a perfect home for a group of college roommates attending one of the nearby universities. At 851-square-feet, this four-bedroom, one-bathroom, shared apartment features exposed brick interior walls, high ceilings, radiant hardwood floors, radiator heating, recessed lighting, and an LG all-in-one washer-dryer combination. Cozy, sunlit bedrooms provide enough space for either queen-size or full-size beds and additional furniture like nightstands. Located in Upper Manhattan, Hamilton Heights is one of the best residential neighborhoods in West Harlem and contains the historic sub-neighborhood of Sugar Hill. This neighborhood is bordered by St. Nicholas Avenue on the east, West 135th Street on the south, Henry Hudson Parkway on the west, and West 155th Street on the north. One of the focal points of the Harlem Renaissance and home to many affluent African-Americans in the early 1900s, Hamilton Heights today is a multicultural neighborhood with bustling commercial districts along Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue. Known for having some of the best specimens of Victorian-era architecture in New York City, Hamilton Heights is home to numerous brownstones and other rowhouses, as well as immaculately-preserved low and mid-rise brick apartment buildings. Tree-lined, pedestrian-friendly streets run perpendicular to commercial thoroughfares and are excellent for those whose preferred mode of transportation is a bicycle. With numerous New York City Subway stations along Broadway and St. Nicholas Avenue, Hamilton Heights is one of the best neighborhoods in Upper Manhattan for commuters. This neighborhood also offers scenic urban green spaces, such as Riverbank State Park, where you can bring the kids and enjoy a plethora of outdoor amenities. Situated on the fourth floor of a five-story brick apartment building on a quiet, residential street, this Hamilton Heights apartment is conveniently located less than five blocks from Riverside Park. A short walk from an assortment of retail and restaurant options along Broadway, a two-minute walk will get you to 145th Street subway station for the 1 Broadway–Seventh Avenue Local, which will take you all the way south to Battery Park. This apartment also includes WiFi and a flat-screen TV in the living area. Book a tour before this apartment is gone! Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
Cancellation policy

Strict cancellation

If you cancel:

  • Within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • After 24 hours of confirmation – No refund
